This is the privacy policy for Untapped Potential Performance LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) and the website at untappedpotential.fit. We keep this short and in plain English so you actually know what's happening with your information.
What we collect
When you fill out the contact form on this site, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (if you provide it)
- The service you're interested in
- The content of your message
If you opt into our newsletter at the same time, we also save your email address for that purpose.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics that identify you personally. Basic server logs (IP address, browser type, page requested) are retained briefly for security purposes and are not linked to your contact form submissions.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, usually within 24 hours. To send you occasional updates if (and only if) you opted into the newsletter. That's it. We don't sell or share your information for marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
Resend processes the contact form submission so it lands in our inbox. Their privacy policy is at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Vercel hosts the website and processes basic server logs. Their privacy policy is at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
This site embeds a video player provided by Vimeo, which may set cookies when you interact with it. Their privacy policy is at vimeo.com/privacy.
We do not share your information with any other third party.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are kept until your inquiry is resolved, then deleted within 12 months. Newsletter email addresses are kept until you opt out.
Your rights
You can email us at admin@untappedpotential.fit to:
- Get a copy of any information we have about you
- Have your information deleted
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time
- Ask any question about how we handle your data
We respond within 30 days.
Children
This site and our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we update this policy in any material way, we'll change the effective date at the top of the page. If you're an active newsletter subscriber, we'll also notify you by email.
